I've been a chiropractor for 22 years after graduating from Phillip Institute of Technology (now RMIT) in 1992. I owned and operated Holland Street Chiropractic until 2008, where our focus was on helping our patients reach their health goals and function at their full potential just as it is here at Maximum Health Chiropractic.  After practicing full time for 16 years, it was great to take a break and have the opportunity to travel around Australia and overseas whilst doing locums in various locations across Australia.

I came from a large family and was brought up on the land.  Being farmers most of the members of my family experienced back problems and I was always the one massaging the others.  One day, when I was only 13 years of age, someone suggested I become a chiropractor as I was massaging them and the idea stuck. I love witnessing the transformations that occur in patients as chiropractic helps unleash their potential.  Chiropractic care helps restore your body's innate, inbuilt healing capacity, helping you regain your health and function to your maximal level. 

I especially love hearing about all the unexpected benefits of chiropractic care.  Often a patient may come in complaining of back pain, neck pain, headaches or some other musculo-skeletal problem which we are able to help them with. They will then relate to us all the other things that have improved since beginning care such as dizziness, ear aches, constipation, indigestion, chest pains and numbness and tingling, to name a few, lessening or disappearing.

Nadene Miller - Remedial Massage Therapist

Nadene Miller is an experienced therapist who specialises in firm remedial massage and shiatsu trigger point therapies. She focuses on removing tension from the whole body to allow the muscles to relax and give relief from physical stress, pain and injury. Nadene provides excercises to help clients reduce the impact of physical stress and allow greater freedom of movement with reduced pain.
